“Connection Lost” whilst on WordPress

More out of curiosity, last few weeks especially bad ive noticed whilst im typing up a post at my site ive been getting this – “Connection lost. Saving has been disabled until you’re reconnected. We’re backing up this post in your browser, just in case.”

I checked with my broadband provider, not them, checked webhost same answer anyone know what maybe happening if there’s anything I could do to fix.?

Is it a wordpress issue? apologies if its not and if it is sorry if ive posted this in the wrong forum
