sales price effective date working?

There are regular price and sale price setting on our site, and I am trying to submit feed with sales price effective date, please check the screenshot:

I tried lots of time, but always fail and it shows not support format at google merchant end, so I am quite confused on how to correctly setting sale price effective date.

I check the documentation at https://rextheme.com/docs/woocommerce-product-feed/getting-started/generate-product-feed, but did not found any related info.

Would you like to share a screenshot upon the right way of setting please?
