Run a report

I have a client that would like to be able to run a report based on a value of an added checkout field. For example, they have a rewards program. I’ve added a select box on the Billing page. It’s a simple yes or no selection.
My client would like an easier way to get a list of orders from those that ARE rewards members, and what their pre-tax purchase amount was. I can’t see a way to run this report, nor display a column with this information on the Orders screen.
Is there any way to do this?
