Hello,
I’m new in Woocommerce.(version 4.0.1)
If I edit a product (simple product) I see the price I introduced when I created the product (general label).
But when I list all products (Woocommerce/all products) the price column is empty.

However in XML export file of Product 1 I found regular_price=100,00

Please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your reply. Please note that since this is a public forum, you may want to remove any sensitive information that you don’t want shared publicly.

Also, please send a screenshot of what you are seeing on the **Products > All Products** screen of your site. I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply here.

Please send the URL to one of your products on your site as well, so we can take a look at the product page.

Finally, I see you exported the product with the WordPress XML export tool. If you instead try exporting the product using the WooCommerce CSV product Export, do you see the regular product price listed?

If you try editing the prices in that CSV, and then re-import them to merge/update the products, do you see prices listed as expected? There’s info about the built-in product import/export functionality here:

Thank you for providing the screenshot and System Status Report.

I see what you mean in the screenshot — the “Precio” (price) column is blank for all of the products.

Unfortunately the URL to your product did not work — it just showed a blank white page. I was able to load the Shop page, but then clicking on any of the products just showed a blank white page as well.

If you are seeing the prices displayed when editing a single product, and also see them when exporting to CSV, then it seems they should be saved ok in the database.

However, the display of the prices in the all products list (and the issue I’m seeing with the product pages) could be coming from a conflict with code in the active them or another plugin on the site. I see that your theme does have a large number of template file overrides.

To check for conflicts, please temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce, then check to see if the issue is fixed. If it is, then you can switch your theme back and reactivate plugins one-by-one until you find the one that is causing the issue.

Hi,
Yes, with just Storefront and WooComnerce activated every thing goes well.
When I activate my theme prices are gone.
So I will try to solve the issue of my theme.
