I think you’re misunderstanding things here. WordPress is both built and supported for free by volunteers who do this on their free time, so we don’t have any phone support here. We cannot “fix” or “resolve” your problem. We don’t actually run your site or have any form of control over it in any way. We make free software that you use to run your site. So *you* must resolve your problem, because nobody here can do anything to your site, in any way whatsoever.
