Stuck on Sending User Info

    for some reason , after I submit the login, the popup is stuck and never completes. if I refresh the page the user is logged in. please help

    Hi, sorry for the late reply.

    It sounds like a cache problem.
    Check on browser console if it returns 403 error on admin-ajax.php.

    In that case the problem is the nonce that has been cached by a caching plugin.

    There are some solutions to that, you can find them on our website.

    In extreme case we have added an option to disable our plugin nonce.
