How to display the header image (slide) on the main page?

Many thanks for your reply. I had already consulted the documentation, however I redid the entire installation from scratch and was able to just display the header on the example page as noted in the link.

Each slide is a featured page.
Set multiple pages as featured pages and you will have them in the slideshow.

Not that much to do.

I defined the featured pages, however it does not display the images.
