Need rate based on quantity packed

    Hello, we sell bullets in packages of 250, 500 and 1000 using USPS flat rate boxes, so we need to charge based on the box quantity.
    Can you figure out how to do it?
    Commonly we ship boxes of 250 in a single USPS box for $9 and boxes of 500 for $16.

    Hi –

    You might be able to do it by weight but it depends on a whole host of factors. For example, what happens if some body orders a 250 and a 1000?
