    Hello @fortiz76,

Flatsome theme is a commercial theme and, therefore, we do not have access to it, so we cannot check the possible incompatibilities of that theme with our plugin.

You can ask for help from the theme developers’ support.

In their support information page, they offer official support 24/7 through Envato (here) and they also have a Facebook group where (unofficial) support is provided by users of the theme (here).

    Best regards.

    Hello @fortiz76,

I have tested the plugin with several themes and haven’t had any problems loading States and Cities dropdowns yet. However, I have no tried with Flatsome, for the reasons @nobnob told you. Sorry for that!

However, since you ask, I recommend you Storefront, this is the best theme to start with an e-commerce site.

    PD: Thanks for your review!

    Best regards.

    Thank you very much Yordan.

@nobnob @yordansoares please consider that there is more than 100K users for the Flatsome theme (I have on more than 10 websites), I tested it on Avada and it worked perfectly, so please consider fixing it on Flatsome for the users.
    Thanks

I also use flatsome and having the problem. Any fix to this?
