Popular Tags not populating

  • How do we get the Popular Tags to populate? I recently switched to the Shopical theme and though my products have tags, the section just below the search in the header does not display them.

    On another site, I first installed the shopical them then added products and the Popular Tags are populated.

    Any info is greatly appreciated!

    At first, would you please edit the products once and see if the tags are there or not?

    Secondly, would you please provide your site URL as well.

    P.S. We would like you to check the installed plugins if you have any plugins installed which cause hiding the tags.
