    Hi @ihearlights

GamiPress uses the WordPress internal event system to detect the user actions

It means that, for example, when a comment is added, WordPress sends an internal event accessible to the rest of plugins to meet it

For the user you are mention, is possible that another plugin or your theme is entering in conflict with GamiPress replacing the user that did the action by your admin, so the unique way to find who is causing the issue is by perform a conflict test as explained here:
    https://gamipress.com/docs/troubleshooting/self-service-guide/

    Best regards

    Hi, Ruben,

I fixed the problem, and it;s not about any conflict.

    The documentation is very confusing.

The problem was that i was choosing ” get a comment for a specific post” and this awards the points to the author of the post. Now that i chose comment to any specific post (or any other option that doesnt start with “get..”, the points are awarded correctly.

It’s a cool plugin, but it beats my why there is no demo of how each element works, not just printscreens.

Since you made a gamification plugin, you can use the gamification part to awards users for learning how the plugin works.

    My 2 cents.

    Hi @ihearlights

Glad you get it working now and thank you so much for your suggestions

We have introduced this the “Get” events to allow award to your site content creators if your site needs it

About the demo, you can find a demo of GamiPress here:

    Best regards
