Hi I have a website for utility knifes. I have different categories utility knifes and each knife is either Manual or Auto-retracing. I want to create filters on my category pages that will display results ONLY within the current category.

Please bear in mind that I will one type of filter : Retracing type and two options (manual, auto) and all of the knifes I have on the website will be added under manual or auto filter.

So let’s say I enter Utility Knifes Category “X” I want the filter to be there and to display only manual or auto retracing knifes from Category “X” and not any other category.

Can I do that with your plugin and how?

    Thank you!

    Hello

Yes. On the categories page, the search results will match the current category

Thank you. I have another question.

I have 10 categories, 8 of them need to have the same filter values “x” “y” “z” but the filter values are not applicable for the other two categories. They need to have filter values “a” “b” “c”. Is there a way to hide fiter values “x” “y” “z” from the category pages that only need to display values “a” “b” “c”?

Also, is there a way to create manual filter that I can tag my products with?

    Thank you.
