Need Help With Custom Fields and Embedding

Hi i have been using wordpress for a while now and i have run in to a problem using custom fields, i used to use a theme which needed a embed custom field with the name ’embed’ now im using a theme which does not have a video embed feature is there a way of moving these videos (over 4000) from the embed field to description or a way of making them show up at all, i need them to be able to be viewed within the site. As the embed field is not actuve anymore is this possible.

Can i make the embed field work again so it posts the video within the actual post?
