    Hi,
Found my site with an Internal Error 500 today. After many hours of troubleshooting it was this plugin that was causing the problems. I removed it and was finally able to get back into WordPress Admin.
Have now updated to the latest version but get 500 every time I activate the plugin. All my images are gone with this plugin, please advise ASAP.

    Thanks!

    Fredrik

Yes I know. That is the version that screwed the whole site up. I am still not able to access my images. I am not waiting for 2.0.3, I am waiting for 2.0.4 that will get my images back.

    Finally!
Here is a final solution for those who have the same problem.

    1. Go here: https://github.com/cloudinary/cloudinary_wordpress/releases
    2. Download version 1.1.7 from februari 2018.
    3. Uninstall any current version > 2.0.0
    4. Install 1.1.7 on wordpress site.
    5. Select all Media.
    6. Bulk action -> “Migrate away from Cloudinary”
    7. Delete plugin

4 days without images is a mess. Imagen the problems we have had these days, without any support.

I wish you a nice holiday.

    @sikth

Apologies for the issue that you had.
Looking at the info you provided, it seems like you had v2 beta version installed in the past. But I’m glad you were able to resolve it.

Just for future reference, if immediate attention is needed, I would recommend to open a ticket in our support portal with all relevant information.

    Regards,
    Erwin Lukas
