Popup doesn’t work on landing page

Thank you for contacting us.
You can set the popup to a specific page, in two ways.
1. By selecting the specific page from the Display Rules, from here:
https://prnt.sc/rsax1t

2. By pasting the shortcode of our popup on the page that you are working on.

I have a special case, the page is https://www.popphof.com, it is a normal WP page with a template called Startseite, a simple html page.

If I put there the shortcode <?php echo do_shortcode(“[sg_popup id=486]”); ?> nothing happens.
