FeedWordPress Compatible with 2.8.5? Fatal Error

Hello,

When trying to activate the plugin, it will not because of a fatal error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare fwp_upgrade_page() (previously declared in /htdocs/wp-content/plugins/feedwordpress.php:221) in /htdocs/wp-content/plugins/feedwordpress/compatability.php on line 164

I did several different searches for this particular problem with no luck. Does anyone know how to handle this please?
