How to create a Single Comment Page

Hello to all.

I have a particular challenge. I am trying to figure out how to get single comment page, linked to every comment. Give individual comments their own SEO url. (And be displayed individually in a page, as single-comment page).

Well, https://www.preguntasdeportes.com is basically a blog turned into a Q&A Site, questions are sent, very much in the same way comments are sent for moderation. Answers are sent back with the comment notification pluggin, only with specific answers. And posts are being used as categories. (This has happened with time, over use, and not intentionally… but it works). Now we are trying to get a new template to display individual questions… so Google can send user directly to the question rather than have the usr searceh over a thousand comments… something that is killing the website and increasing the bounce backs…
So, any ideas, comments, pre-made templates that you guys might suggest would be wonderfull.

HOW:

Im thinking its as easy as creating a template to display a single comment and have a link to that template on every single comment.
