wordpress team help me to refund please

Today’s I got issue from sucuri team. I had comment and updated their service and they had remove my account withput my permission.

This team never contacted me on email and on ticket support. Please help me to appeal department where can I refund money. And updated true story this case to who’s willing to use this sucuri service.
