Title and Description in another postion

  • Hi all
    i have created one custom template and i have added the slider.
    i want to add the title and description in a specific place of page template
    how can i do this?

    I have created one page template for the front page.
    i want to call the text and description saved in slider and display in another position not in the plugin default
    More specific what i want to create is something similar to this :
