    Hi,

    I need to add a Refundable Breakage deposit, but the Type must be Per Accommodation only (not a % or per day).

    So, for example, the breakage deposit is R1000 per stay, whether they book for 2 or 5 days it stays the same.

    how to do I add this time of Rate without it charging per day?

    You may add a Refundable Breakage deposit as a fee via the Bookings tab > Taxes & Fees > Add Fee.
    Set “Limit” to “1 day” for the specified amount to be charged only once per the whole stay.
