Terms and Conditions – Add a Link

Thanks for the great plugin.

Would there be a way to link the “Terms And Conditions” text in the check box on the form so that it opens a new page with the website’s terms and conditions of use?

The user can then read the full terms and conditions before ticking the box and submitting the form.
