  • Hello @betogarram98,

If you check the console log, you might notice a 404 error message.
It indicates that the thumbs are not available on that path.

    By example: this link
    https://receptor.com.mx/gallery/burros-blancos-51-48-sobre-pumas-cu/thumbs/thumbs_DSC_3257.JPG

I also noticed that the direct link to the image gives a 404 too.
    https://receptor.com.mx/gallery/burros-blancos-51-48-sobre-pumas-cu/DSC_3257.JPG

Could you please share with us the path that is being used on Gallery > Other Options > Where would you like galleries stored?
By default is set to be at wp-content/gallery/

    Please, keep us posted.
    We are happy to help!

    Hi, thanks for replying.

I just reset the Options, and yes, indeed, now it reads “wp-content/gallery/” as the path to be followed. However, there’s also a message that says “The path of the Gallery doesn’t exist and it can’t be created”. You can see it here.

Also I just checked my site, and the images are still broken. Now you can see the preview trying to upload, but there are no images at all. Again, I didn’t change anything nor I deleted any galleries & files prior to realizing the they didn’t work.

I hope you can reply soon, I would greatly appreciate your help.

    Hi @betogarram98,

I am assuming that you are hosting your site with WordPress com
Currently, there is a path issue for those sites and our developers are working for an urgent fix that will be included in the next update of NGG.

In the meantime, to solve the issue, please access “Gallery -> Manage Galleries”, access the the gallery, toggle the “Gallery Settings” tab and make sure to include wp-content in front of the gallery path so the paths would look like wp-content\gallery\test-media\ then save changes. Repeat the same for each of your galleries.

Thank you very much. That indeed solved the issue. I’ll be on the lookout for the next update.

    Many, many thanks.
