Password/reset email not received

  • Hi. I tried to reset my password but reset e-mail is not received.

    I have browsed similar posts but solutions proposed seem inaccessible (eg cannot locate Administration Screen, menu, go to Users > All Users. ) from [ redundant link removed, just use the link field ] or site pages. At a loss. Any help would be appreciated.
