Send image/file error Security violation

  • Hi, I just bought your plugin, most things work really fine but I still have two issues
    1. I can’t upload files as a chat visitor, I get “Upload error. Security violation”
    It does work if I’m logged in as a registrered user. Is it just a security measure to prevent from flooding of the upload directory?

    2. Thumbs up / down doesn’t work. Nothing happens. I thougt they were like smileys, but now I realizemaybe they are rating of the chat? But there is no feedback to tell what I have rated, or am I missing something?

    Hello @frankgorillase, first of all, where did you buy our plugin? We offer it for free.

    1) Yes, non authenticated users cannot upload files for security reasons.
    2) Enable “Visitor experience ratings” in Settings => Chat Box, you’ll see ratings as admin on Reports => User Experience Ratings
