Changin space between main menu and content

  • I want to alter the spaces that ARE circled in red in the screenshot posted to the imgur link. Which CSS tags should I change here? I have tried “Inspect” with Chrome, but have been unable to find an adequate selector that actually shortens this whitespace and blue space. Thanks.
