  • No, sorry, this cannot have two different forms. I cannot find an easy
    way to code it right now.
    But, you can have multiple contacts in a drop down select.

    “Contact Form 7” wordpress plugin can have two different forms, you
    might try it.

    Multiple forms, couldn’t be as easy as a renamed instance of the pluggin… didn’t think so ?? Really like how easy this is to use! Thankyou!

    Good news… I have a multi-forms version working on my test server. I will release it tomorrow. It will be version 1.8.

    After you update from version 1.7.7 it will have the multi forms feature.

    Let me also add that your “SI Contact Form Options” page with built in Help and examples should be held up as an example to pluggin developers.
