Shipping zones not working with lowercase postcodes

  • Hi!

    My webpage is supposed to provide free delivery on orders over ￡30 to customers with a HU postcode. Unfortunately, we’ve had customers unable to claim this postage discount because they’d entered a lowercase postcode.

    I’ve tried adding lowercase options to the shipping zone, but they seem to be deleted as soon as I save the rule. How can I get this to work correctly?

    Hello mrkrabbage,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    For the HU Postcode you just need to add postcode with wildcard like below link.

    Click here to review how to add it.

    It will consider all the Postcodes of HU upper case as well as lower case.
