Choice Past Order As New Product/Order Variation

Hello, i have little strange question but understand how to be with this is very importand for me so i hope someone can help.

For Example,

i have website where i’m selling only 4 service:

1) Help service for business to find reliable supplier.
2) Ordering service. Deal with “Service 1” results (Place order with suplier)

3) Money transfer service for “Service 2” payment, fees.

4) Delivery service for for “Service 2”

as you understand i need link servises with each other step by step so i’m interested Is it possible add for “Service 2” drop-down with “Service 1” order list? add “service 1” orders as variation of the “service 2”)?

have you any idea how to realize this?
