Widget Updated date and time issue

    We have the Earthquake widget in our LEFT SIDEBAR. The UPDATED date and time is not showing correctly no matter what we set the widget options to. We are in Pacific time zone and have the widget settings as:

    TimeZone: America/Los Angeles
    Date Format: D j M H:i:s (T)

    Assume this is a bug?
