Spectacular Customer Support

  • The plugin itself is awesome and has great customizations. Lots of good options for when/how popups are displayed. I would recommend it based on that alone.

    But the best part is their customer support. I had issues with a JS part of my website not loading in Safari when a PB popup was active (worked fine in Chrome/Firefox). They worked with me and get it resolved. Most other plugin devs usually just point their finger and blame other plugins; not Popup Builder tho. They listened to my concerns and resolved them. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks Nana and the dev team! You guys are amazing.
