    I have tried to import my data to the WooCommerce Analytics Dashboard – under settings “Import Historical Data”

    It gets stuck at the Importing Customers and nothing happens.

    No data in the Dashboard and the Imported customers and orders/refunds count does not change.

    Thanks for reaching out about the historical data import issue you’ve seen. Can you check the Action Scheduler to see if there are any Pending jobs that have passed their run dates? You can find this in the site’s Dashboard at WooCommerce → Status → Scheduled Actions tab. I also suggest reviewing our documentation on how this import works. It may show you something we cannot see that will help resolve things.

    Edited as I didn’t follow directions correctly the first time!

    Thank you, Phillip … I deleted the Scheduled Actions.
    That got things rolling again.
    All working as it should now.
