Hi.
I installed the new version of Woocommerce 4 days ago on my website just to realize that I’m not able to open WooCommerce Dashboard nor to modify my products anda categories as usual.
503 Error keeps showing up whenever I try to do anything on WooCommerce and my hosting I/O Usage spikes to the top.
I’ve already deactivated all of the plugins but Woocommerce and this keeps happening. I don’t know if the plugin is missing some data or if it’s trying to do something it shouldn’t but I absolutely need your assistance.

Hi there,

Can you share a copy of your status report as found under **WooCommerce > System Status**? Also, which version were you using prior to updated to version 4.0.1 ?

Thanks for getting back to me. I think it has something to do with the learndash for woocommerce or stripe add-ons (they do show up red in the report below). I uninstalled both, and it seemed to work fine. I installed them both back one at a time, but couldn’t narrow down which was doing it definitively. Last night, and then first thing this morning everything seemed fine, but now it’s freezing up again. refreshing and/or hitting the back button sometimes fixes. I got a couple messages yesterday regarding database connection errors, but none since.

Hi there.
1 month ago I posted this request and nobady has came back. Are you still giving support to your plugin?
I tried uninstalling it and it actually solved the problem. It seems that is Woocommerce alone the one that is saturating my I/O requests and bumping my host RAM… I am sorry because I have all my products there with SEO finished and I was about to start the translation.

Please at least tell me you won’t do anything so not to wait more time to take a final decision.
