I have a simple 4 field form – First name, Last name, email address and phone number. I am also using Google reCaptcha v2 on the website. Whenever I attempt to submit the form I receive the reCaptcha error message that is configured on the website. The email address is the only required field but I am entering valid data in all of the fields.

I would greatly appreciate some guidance on this problem.

    Thank you!

Can you visit the settings area for the Constant Contact admin menu and then click on the “Support” tab so we can get further logging enabled. Hopefully that’ll provide some more leads for what’s going on and why the “We do not think you are human” message is resulting.

    Thanks.

I turned on debugging but now get this message in the Debug Logs section – We are not able to write to the /XXXX/XXXXXX/XXXXXXXX/wp-content/ctct-logs/constant-contact-errors.log file.

Ooh. A detail I just noticed. You mention using version 2 for Google reCAPTCHA but I’m not seeing any “I am human” checkbox.

I do see the Privacy Policy and reCAPTCHA logo in the lower right corner which says to me that version3 is indicated in the settings panel. Can you switch that to version 2 and let us know when done so we can help test it afterwards?
