    My wordpress dashboard is showing that CSM is ON (on the top bar) and in the setting it is enabled. However, it is not showing the page I constructed and I can see what is going on on the page when not logged into my WP.

    Hello, what is your website URL so I can check?

    It might be a caching issue – clear your website cache if you are using any caching plugins.

    Ahhh the same thing happened to me and now my whole site is all messed up?! I cannot log into my main dashboard anymore after I tried deleting the cache and redirecting my site to the preview page, because although it was activated, it was not working. It started doing really weird things like logging me out of my site and letting me log back in, and the dashboard just disappeared. When I log into the WP-Admin page it now just shows the site but its all messed up. I sent an email , please let me know if you can help because everything is all jumbled up now! Thank you!

    @sunny44282000, I checked your website and I can see your coming soon page so I believe it might be cache on your browser or mobile. Please use different browser or try anonymous window.

    Hello, I’m having similar problem with the CSM mode. I have checked in few browser but it doesn’t seem to be cache issue. My website is woolmy.com. Thoughts?

    Hi @alesmal. Thanks for your response. I’m new to WordPress but I thought I’ve done all it takes to publish a site and setup the CSM mode. Well, I guess I will contact my provider first.

    This can happen when there is an incompatibility between plugins. I discovered that the plugin will no longer work if you have installed and activated the following plugin: WPS Hide Login. I disabled this plugin and everything went back to normal.

    has there ever been a conclusion on this, how did it get resolved?
    I am having similar issues: in multisite environment CMP works fine for existing sites, but when I create a new site, the CMP page won’t show even when activated (yes, CMP is activated in new site ;). I have tried several devices and emptied browser cache, but no success. site is: seniorengaudi.de
