• I have tried free courses and that works with auto enroll, same with my admin account.

The moment I create a new student user and select the course, it goes into cart, I do checkout and test Api key for payment / fake transaction and it works / is now owned by the student.

Problem is no option to manually enroll that student via admin area or for that student to access the course, keeps on saying in one area, enrolled, and clinking course = not enrolled. How can 1 course have 2x messages for enrolled, 1 yes, other no and no access to view the lessons ?

Switching auto enroll on or off in Learnpress settings does nothing, created 15 student users and with on or off, same results.

Where can I look to try and find this error and fix it ?

  • Hi,

I don’t get your mind, can you say more clearly about ‘yes’ and ‘no’ message ? Do you want to give the student to access the course via admin panel?

Impossible to follow my mind, my mind is here inside my body, with me, if it was outside and moving independently from my body, then possibly you might be able to follow my mind ????

    Error =
    1. Student create account,
    2. student selects course,
    3. student add to cart,
    4. student add payment details,
    5. student see = successful payment and message to say enrolled in course.

    6. Now student wants to enter course and use, click 20x ?? to return to course or use link in email.

    7. Open Course and click lesson.

Error = Sorry your are NOT enrolled in this course.

    Conclusion:
No button, no option to enroll and start to use the course. = ?? Student makes a lot of drama and is extremely unhappy.

    Fix:
Somehow I fixed this error, I enter into plugins folder of WP, deleted all WooCommerce plugins and did clean install of all WooCommerce plguins.

    Other problem:
Why use WooComerce ? = LearnPress payment is not working with Stripe or any payment options, so I was forced to add WooCommerce.

So payment is via Learnpress WooComerce = enable WooComerce Stripe = success.

    Hi,

Can you give me the screenshot of the landing course page after the student bought the course?

About the payment, you can use this plugin to use Stripe for Learnpress (not via Woocommerce) https://thimpress.com/product/stripe-add-on-for-learnpress/.

Thank you Anna, I am not going to pay for another broken Thimpress plugin.

Import / export learnpress plugin is broken for 2 years , multiple reports of this and no one fixed this.
Exports a 0kb abcdef.xml size file. import also fails. So I am forced to use All In One migration plugin to export complete website vs only lesson or course or quiz.
    ThimPress fail.

I helped 5 RPO full package Learnpress website owners to try and fix errors on their Learnpress websites and have tested all this plugins.

Yes Stripe Learnpress is also broken or refuses to work on those 5x websites and their own 5x independent stripe accounts.

NO thank you, will not waste more money on broken plugins from ThimPress.
    ThimPress fail.

Screenshot is impossible as I fixed this “missing Enroll” button error.
Now AutoEnroll works. Why it was fixed with removing woocommerce and adding fresh woocommerce plugins = ?

Please fix the broken ThimPress plugins, I love Learnpress, too many errors but used to this and dont want to jump to LearnDash and what problems they ahve.
