    I set this up a couple of days ago and it was working fine. Suddenly, it isn’t. I’ve tried it on multiple devices, desktop and mobile, and it’s broken on both. I’ve updated the plugin settings, which it recognises, but it’s still not showing photos.

    Browser is Safari. Can someone please help?

    Thanks for your inquiry and I am very sorry for the late response.

    Dear friend, I checked the link but it seems you have removed the shortcode, can you please write do you get any error in the front end or in the backend?

    Please try the following steps, this might help to solve the issue:

    1. Please enter Instagram feed > settings > advanced and Uninstall the plugin.
    2. Then please enter the Plugins section and activate it again.
    3. Now lease enter Instagram > settings and authenticate
    4. Recreate the feed
    5. Insert the feed in the desired page
    6. Clear website and browser caches and check again
    7. If that still won’t be visible please try to check with another browser, e.g. Chrome

    If after this it’ll still not show the images, please send me the link to your feed page to check the issue.

    Also please try to remember what plugins you have added later, that could conflict with our plugin, please deactivate all last added plugins and check again.
