• I have a client with a WooCommerce site. When orders are received the widget on the WordPress admin dashboard home page still shows £0.00 sales and 0 orders, yet when you click on orders in the left WooCommerce menu, there are orders there from the same day.

    What might cause this element not to work? I’ve never seen this before with a WooCommerce client.

    Any pointers would be really useful.

    The site is running the latest Astra theme and child them, Elementor and WooCommerce v3.9.3

    Hi there,

    As a first step, please do the following:

    • Update to the latest WooCommerce version;
    • Confirm that historical orders have been imported into the new WooCommerce Admin dashboard under Analytics > Settings > Import Historical Data
    • Confirm that CRON events are working as expected by referencing the status report found at **WooCommerce > System Status**

    Thanks!

    Hi thanks so much for the points you provided.

    I’m not entirely sure what I’m looking for in terms of Cron events. I can see some events have fired, but they appear to be one off non-repeting actions. Doesn’t look like there are any that are regular?

    What should I be looking for?

    Thanks again,

    Bob
