    Thank you for getting in touch, we’re very sorry to hear you’ve had anything less than a completely satisfactory experience with our plugin.

    We take the utmost care to ensure that each release is issue free, unfortunately due to the myriad of different server, WordPress, theme and plugin configurations, it’s not possible for us to foresee every potential issue.

    If you are open to allowing us to fix this for you, and in doing so improve the plugin, we would be extremely grateful for your time in the matter.
