How to get Mailing Address

    We are collecting donations and would like to send Thank You’s to those who donate. However, they are not being saved on the donors profile page. The plug in is only saving email addresses. Is there a way to find the mailing address/billing address on the backend?

    First, you should enable collection of billing info for each Payment Gateway that you are using. That’s done on the individual payment gateway settings at Donations > Settings > Payment Gateways > Stripe and Donations > Settings > Payment Gateways > Offline Donations

    On each page, there is a spot to collect billing info, which will add those fields to the donation form.

    Next, once the data is being collected, it’s saved to the Donation meta (not the donor meta) on the back end. SO to access it, you can view the individual donation at Donations > Donations > Click the eye icon for the individual donation or by exporting all of the data in a CSV from Donations > Tools > Export > Export Donation History.
