Great Support

I have used Livemesh Addons in the past for a few of their modules, and they seemed to work just fine. Recently, I purchased the premium plugin, however I couldn’t get what I needed to work correctly. After reaching out to the company requesting a refund, they got back to me quickly, offered a full refund, and explained in very good detail how the module I had issues with works. While I have utilized a different plugin for my specific needs, I wanted to mention how helpful and prompt Livemesh’s customer support has been. Just the fact that they went out of their way to not only refund me (no questions asked) but also go into such detail about their plugin and how it differs from others, shows that they care and they listen. In the WP plugin world, that’s pretty huge.

If you have issues w/ their plugin/products, be sure to reach out to them to give them a chance to remedy any issues. They really seem to stand by their product and care about their customers! I’ll definitely give them a try again.
