Sorry to hear that WPForms Lite may not meet your needs right now. In case it helps to share, with WPForms Lite you can set up form notifications to send out form submission details, as well as connect to Constant Contact, an email marketing provider.

Having a form on your site (as opposed to sharing your email address on your site) also provides added protection against spam, and convenience for your users.

You’re right that you’ll need a paid license to for additional features including entry management.
