Cannot upload image of teammember

  • On the backend under ‘add a team member’, I do not have the ‘featured image’ box in the right column, therefore cannot upload an image. Please help!!

    Please go to Tools > Site Health > Info from WordPress Dashboard and expand ‘Active Plugins’ section. Please make sure that all results are loaded. Then, share these results here.

    Also, please share the ‘Active Theme’ details.

    I think i have the same issue. the “Featured image” button doesn’t appear on the team member page.

    Could you please create a temporary admin login so that we can look into the issue?
    You can share the details by creating a support ticket on our website.
    If not possible please send us a list of active plugins and the active theme on your website.

    Hi,

    I am having the same issue with adding a team member profile, but it does not load into the member’s profile. Please assist in investigating what could be causing this? I have set up each image as 705px x 705px square format.

    I am using a free theme called Dara – downloaded from WordPress.com and installed into my WordPress site.
