Unblocked page still requires login

WP-Members set up not to block pages. Had a page blocked using the on-page selection, works fine. Problem is it works fine even after I unblock it.

Check cache issue, and cleaned out the CDN cache too.

Page show’s it’s is unblocked. But you won’t be able to see all the content unless you login.
