Shipping taxes don′t work

Hi,

With products tax (20%) works fine and show it on checkout page, but it only works for products and not on shipping.

I have added tax also for shipping, image: https://prnt.sc/rhsist

but the results: https://prnt.sc/rhsh07 (shows 50 cents tax, but it is only from product, nothing from shipping).

What I am doing wrong?
