where do I find my sidbar template profile?

    Hi,

    I can’t see the links on my website, https://www.chessinstructor.net.

    Another poster suggested I try adding wp_list_bookmarks to my sidebar template profile, but I don’t know where that is. I went to the links section of my admin page, but don’t see anything called sidebar template profile or sidebar or template or profile! Please help!
