Question with multiple answers spam filter?

I’m hoping there is a way to introduce a field where you ask a question and if what is typed as the answer to the question isn’t correct then the form doesn’t submit?

I’m helping a friend with a website, and it’s only relevant to local people, but she’s getting spammed even though Akismet is active. I’d like the person submitting the contact form to answer a simple location question. It would be a pain for spammers to figure it out. In the past I’ve used forms that allowed to set up a question to stop real people from spamming on a fan site, and they work very well, but I can’t find the plugins anymore.
