Please document shortcode optional parameters

For version 2.3, I added FAQ section for that, next version will content more documentation.

I have found further information and explanation about the parameters on the Etsy website, within the Developer API docs. Although these are very technical, it does give some explanation for the parameters LIMIT and OFFSET for example. You can find the API docs at…
