PHP error when sending test email

    Hi… when I send a test email from the Settings, I get PHP errors.
    Is this plugin being maintained?

    Hi @antipole,

    Sorry for the long response delay, I am a bit busy with my day-to-day work.
    Plugin is still maintained by me but @hildende stopped. In this context, I just re-created a new github repo where PRs will be analyzed/merged/delivered : https://github.com/Birmania/smtp-mailing-queue

    Concerning your problem, I just pushed a version 1.2.0 with multiples fixes about deprecated methods and two of your errors.
    Can you please test this new version and tell me if “send test mail” have a better behavior ?

    @birmania thanks for this.

    I was just trying out this plugin and moved on when I hit the problem. I reported the issue anyway. So I am not in a position to test the fixes for you.

    I have discovered that on my site in question I can snd these particular emails within my ISP limit, so don’t need to queue them.

    O.K, thank your for reporting your problem even if moving on, it is very helpful as we could improve the user experience for others.

    I am please that you do not have ISP limit anymore, it is indeed the best solution.
