No Popup Builder Pro upgrades since 3.1?

    I received notification today from WordFence that the Popup Builder plugin had a vulnerability that was recently corrected with update to version 3.64.1. I have Popup Builder Pro running on a few of my websites and notice that they are still at version 3.1. Does the same vulnerability apply to Popup Builder Pro? If so, where can an updated version be found?
