    Hi,

    We have an Issue where when we try to add a new entry with an Image, the Image does not load on the page.
    We had no Issues on our Dev and Staging Sites but facing this Issue on the production site.

    Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    The images seems to show for me, assuming you were able to resolve the issue???

    When we try to add new entries/contacts to the site, the Images don’t load. Any reason why this might be the case?

    Hi Steven,

    I checked the settings and it seems that there is no page selected under the General Tab. Is that the reason why it’s not showing up?

    And please confirm the site would not break if I select a page from the dropdown since this is a production site.

    This should not affect anything, especially when choosing the page which the directory is already on.

    Could you please provide more specific details please? For example… Are there any error messages displayed after adding an entry with an image? Can you see the image when editing the entry? can you see the image thumbnail on the Manage admin page?
